Delete it in the app
- Open BAS Events and sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Go to Account and tap Delete account.
- Enter your account email address.
- Confirm the deletion.
Your account is deleted immediately. This cannot be undone.
What is removed
- Your account and profile, including your email address and display name.
- Your personal activity in the app, including saved events and “going” choices.
- Your comments.
Events you submitted
Events you submitted that were already approved may stay published as public event listings, so people who planned to attend can still find them. Your identity is removed from those listings. If you want a specific event taken down as well, email us.
Records we may keep
We may keep a limited amount of information after deletion when we need it for security or to meet a legal obligation.
Can’t use the app?
If you have removed the app or cannot sign in, email us from the address on your account and we will delete the account for you.
Good to know
- Deleting the app from your phone does not delete your account.
- Deleting your BAS account does not cancel a ticket you bought from an organizer. Contact them directly.
